These coils are wound in a single operation on the foil winding machine, resulting in a compact coil structure. The process simultaneously completes the welding of inner and outer leads as well as the external wrapping of the coil. The machine's multiple functions provide strong support for producing foil coils that meet industry standards. Winding is achieved through AC frequency conversion with stepless speed regulation, ensuring smooth starts and stops. An advanced compound counter provides both forward and reverse counting, along with data memory functions, to guarantee accurate turn counts.
